Martina Messing

German. Actress, young, fresh, upbeat.

Martina was born on the German side of the Dutch border and is fluent in her native German and also English, having lived in England since 1996. Martina has a working knowledge of French, Spanish, Dutch and Swedish. In addition to acting and voice-over work she also works as a freelance translator and researcher.

Martina was taught at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts and King’s College London. She studied Physical Theatre Training with Philippe Cherbonnier, and attained a BA in English and German Literature / History at the University of Frankfurt.
 
Martina is a flexible voice-over artist who has performed in the theatre, and appeared on film and TV both in England and Germany. Her voice-over credits include work for MTV Germany, Babel Media, Young and Rubicam, Sony, Gillette, Vodafone and Sprach Express.
